Update: Redesigned site is indexed. Both “All Site Search” tab and “Search” box implementations are complete. It allows search engine robots to crawl the site and enables users to find pages relevant to their search.
- “All Site Search” more powerful – search all site implementation (not only pages). It has wide advance set up solutions for site developers and options for users to control the sort order of search results by relevance, date, etc.
- ” Search” box adds search functionality without modifying any template pages: Activate, Configure and Search. Options Include: search highlight, search pages, excerpts, attachments, drafts, comments, tags and custom fields (metadata). Also offers the ability to exclude specific pages and posts. Does not search password-protected content.
